Over the past nearly 20 years, I have guided numerous executives and teams through processes of change and transformation.

I have personally led teams and departments, taking on technical responsibilities. In 2018, a team I was leading approached me to guide them as a coach on their journey towards becoming a fully self-organized group within a corporation.

Currently, I am serving as a Transformation Igniter in a cross-company digital transformation program (DDMS, Digital Design Manufacturing and Services) at Airbus.

I create events and communication formats that inspire people to actively drive change and collaborate trustfully across boundaries.

As an independent coach, I bring my expertise in Change / Transformation Management, Communication, and Workshop Design & Facilitation to the table.
